  14.   THIS IS A BETA of a File Area Manager for PCBoard, identical to one
  15.   I did for Forum and 12 Forum hacks.  I would Backup your dir Text files
  16.   before playing and testing this,  they can be found in your text file
  17.   directory Ex: D:\PCB\GEN\DIR1...DIR2...etc.

  21.   To INSTALL create a \PFED directory and unzip the PFED.ZIP into it.  
  22.   Type PSETUP OR Unzip to a temp directory or diskette and type install.
  23.   Make sure to copy your PCBOARD.DAT or CONFIG.BBS file over to the PFED
  24.   dir.

  26.   This program can handle very large files, however because It 
  27.   re-indexes the data to a random access file, this slows down things 
  28.   a bit.  If you use a cache like Smartdrv, it will speed things up 
  29.   QUITE a bit.
